Lil’ Cardy is a short character animation / print project about moving forward, one small, joyful step at a time. Brought to life through hand drawn animation, risograph printing, and handcrafted sound design, the piece celebrates the little imperfections and human touches that give a journey its character—because every journey begins with a small step and a touch of humanity.

As AI continues to remove more of the human hand from the creative process, I wanted this project to celebrate making things by hand. From frame-by-frame animation and Risograph printing to sound design, every part of the process was shaped by human touch, collaboration, and imperfection.
